Weight by Fill Auger powder filling machine are used when a specific, verified, weighed quantity of product is required to be dispensed in the container. This Machine incorporates Servo control Auger rotation & load cell components to determine an accurate weight reading before, during, and after each fill cycle. The machine is completely an automatic in operation and uses the sophisticated bottle pick up system which works on the electronic actuator system that automatically picks the bottle from infeed conveyor and put it under filling head and then again releases it on out feed conveyor for further operation.  

The most significant feature of the machine is fill accuracy which is relatively very higher than conventional Auger powder filling machine available in market. Achievable fill accuracy of the model is ±0.8% irrespective of the any density of the powder.
