The series of Automatic Rotary Snap fit capping machine is used to apply Snap fit type of closure on Plastic bottle. Snap Fit closure where closure held in place through the use of beads or undercuts rather than threads. Automatic Rotary Snap fit capping machine available in 4 head, 6 head, 8 head and 12 head configuration as per the output requirement.

Series of Automatic Rotary Snap Fit Capping Machines are being integrated with astounding safety features like “safety clutches” at star wheel system and feed worm, “No Bottle No Cap system” & “Automatic cap feeder on off system” & “Special Snap Fit capping head”. Depending upon type of Snap fit cap / Closure, machine can be integrated with Mechanical cap feeder orientator or Vibrator Cap feeder. As an alternative, waterfall type elevator also available for mass storage of Snap fit cap. Some models are also integrated with Swiss made “Air Heater System” on Cap chute in order to soften cap before capping happened.
